Rafael J. Colmenares

Rafael Colmenares is an Associate with The Law Offices of Michael P. Joyce, P.C.

Rafael joined the Law Offices of Michael P. Joyce, P.C., with a desire to help working families who have suffered severe personal injuries. Using this earnest desire, Rafael has represented numerous workers suffering from asbestos disease and their families. These representations have provided Rafael with experience in all phases of litigation and trial preparation.

Prior to joining The Law Offices of Michael P. Joyce, P.C., Rafael worked at two law firms in Boston, concentrating his practice in the areas of personal injury and litigation.

Rafael received his Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston, where he served as an Associate Justice of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Immigration Law Association. Rafael received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a Pre-Law concentration, from the University of Central Florida.
